Samantha grew up in the Norfolk County Area of Massachusetts. She attended Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical H.S and graduated from the Medical Careers program in 2015. In 2018, Samantha received an associate's degree in general studies from Bristol Community College; she later decided to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University which she earned in the spring of 2022.

 

She started working in the law enforcement field in 2020, working as a police dispatcher for Wellesley College, and has an APCO Public Safety Dispatcher 1, and NextGen-911 certification. She has been working with the Tisbury Police Department since 2021. In 2022, Sam spent some time working as an animal control officer in the Town of West Tisbury.

 

Not only is she the Executive Administrator for Tisbury Police Department, she is also the Deputy Emergency Management Director for the Town of Tisbury.
