Bill, his wife and daughter have enjoyed visiting Martha's Vineyard for over 20 years. Recently he and his family moved and became full time residents of the Island. Bill began his career in law enforcement in 2000 with the Dedham Police Department where he worked for 6 years. After buying a home in Franklin MA, he transferred to the Franklin Police Department where he worked as a patrolman for 6 years, then an additional 7 years as Sergeant.
